TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Flats are available from 2:00 pm on day of  arrival.  

Flats to be vacated by before 10:00 am on day of  departure.

The Flats must not be occupied by more persons then stated .

The proprietor reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at any time in their opinion. The behaviour of a visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby inhibited.

The proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for valuables left in rooms.

Comfort and cleanliness are most important and we ask  visitors to assist us by keeping their flats clean and tidy and avoiding undue noise which might disturb others.

An official  receipt (which must be produced on arrival ) will be forwarded if accommodation

is available. If accommodations is not available, your deposit will be refunded by return of post.

In the event of cancellation, booking fees are not  returnable.

Flats are booked on acceptance of deposit, balance due on arrival, in cash.

We accept Cash Cheque's and Postal orders. We can also take Paypal Payments
